Renovating a home with exquisite architectural bones like this is a true gift. What began as a kitchen renovation evolved into a whole-home transformation with clients who fell in love with the process. The endless city views, balanced by a symbiotic indoor-outdoor relationship to the terraced garden, set the original concept in motion. The clients' love of art and design encouraged an eclectic mix of artisanal fabrics, furniture, and lighting, chosen to give each room its own mood. Some spaces hum with color and texture; others exist purely for stillness. The result is a collection of rooms each with a distinct personality, living in harmony under one roof.

rooted, not rigid
With a robust art collection and a desire to deepen the story around each piece, we intentionally selected natural finishes that allow the work to take center stage. An eclectic, well-balanced selection of artisanal fabrics, furniture, and lighting complements the artwork, adding a unique perspective to the conversation in each space.
Sweeping bay views were paramount throughout the home, and sightlines were always designed to cast the eye skyward.

The clients' art collection and layers of pattern, color, and texture tell a story that unfolds throughout every room of the home. Each space pulls upon a consistent thread in a style of its own.
The primary suite was our opportunity to set the tone for the day through serene material selections and a more neutral palette than the rest of the home. Natural light takes center stage throughout, inviting a peaceful start, every morning.
